MOULD TRIAL &
VALIDATION
The mould trial section is a critical stage where design precision is tested under real production conditions. At Hitech Moulds, every completed mould undergoes controlled injection moulding trials to evaluate its performance, functionality, and output quality.
Trials allow us to verify material flow, filling balance, cooling efficiency, and ejection behavior. This ensures the mould performs exactly as intended before final delivery and reduces the risk of issues during customer production.
INJECTION MOULDING TRIALS
Our in-house injection moulding setup enables comprehensive testing using specified raw materials and process parameters. Each mould is run through multiple trial cycles to assess stability, repeatability, and cycle time consistency.
During this stage, parameters such as pressure, temperature, cooling time, and mould opening are carefully monitored and adjusted. This helps optimize performance and ensures smooth, reliable operation under actual production conditions.
QUALITY CHECK & SAMPLE APPROVAL
Post-trial, moulded samples are thoroughly inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and functional fit. Any minor adjustments required are addressed immediately before final approval.
Once performance and sample quality meet specifications, the mould is approved for dispatch. This structured validation process ensures our customers receive moulds that are production-ready, reliable, and optimized for long-term use.
