Mould Trial Section (Injection Moulding Section)
Our mould trial section is where every mould is tested under real injection moulding conditions to ensure flawless performance. Using defined process parameters and specified materials, we evaluate material flow, cooling efficiency, ejection performance, and cycle stability.
This stage allows us to identify and fine-tune any adjustments before final approval. By validating performance through controlled trials and sample inspection, we ensure that each mould delivered is production-ready, reliable, and capable of consistent, high-quality output.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with Milacron injection moulding machines of 200-ton, 350-ton, and 660-ton capacities, with the ability to handle shot weights of up to 5 kg—enabling precision moulding across a wide range of CPVC applications.
